Hello, friends. Winter is chasing away autumn here, with colder temperatures and even some snow last week. The roses succumbed.
I’ve mentioned before that we’re now living in what would be considered a small home for a family of six. To make our home work better for us, the hubby and I gave the master bedroom to our three boys, and took a smaller bedroom for ourselves. Just how small? Ten feet by twelve. A less than spacious master bedroom, indeed.
I have set the Lord always before me;
Because He is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.
Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoices;
The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul;
The testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple;
The statutes of the Lord are right; rejoicing the heart;
I’d knock on her old screen door and she’d beckon me in. Wearing a dress and heels, adorned with jewelry, and white hair fixed just right, my great-grandmother Mary welcomed me. She lived next door to my grandparents. We visited there most summers when I was growing up, and some days I’d mosey across the yard for a little visit.
Here we are again, friends…Monday!
Maybe you have a “wall” to “leap” over; maybe you don’t. Either way, I hope you will let Him lead you to “high places” this week!
